Being a doula is such a beautiful and fulfilling way to be of service. I am your advocate during the whole process.
This Service Includes:
2 prenatal home visits
Create your birth plan
Preparation for baby coming home
24-hour text/call pregnancy support
On-call 2 weeks prior to your due date
Labor and birthing support at the delivery location.
Provide continuous comfort, encouragement, and support. Both physical and emotional.
Provide any non-medical comfort measures during labor.
Providing support may take the form of physical comfort measures such as helping you breathe through each contraction, gentle soothing massage, counter pressure, assisting with water therapy, hand-holding, positional support, and recommendations that may help you through each stage of labor.
First latch and lactation support
2 hours of after birth care
Postpartum day home visit
